A: It’s simple...just like in real life...the mental anguish of owing someone doesn’t go away until you pay. So there is only one way out of “Bondage”. Pay your debt. The only business you can do from bondage is that of collecting rent when people visit your properties. You can continue to roll the dice in hopes of having a “Prayer Request” answered but it will cost you $50 each time you roll the dice. Place the money under “Windows of Heaven”. The cost of doing bad business.

Pay Caesar
You pay taxes to Caesar in the amount specified when you land on this space. Place under the space marked “Windows of Heaven”.
Property
Q: What are the rules regarding developing my property and do I have to ask for my rent?
A: Yo may develop your property any way you wish as long as you own a complete group. To avoid arguments we have determined that it will be the owners responsibility to recognize someone on their property and collect the rent. So, if you don’t ask for rent before the dice are rolled, the person is not required to pay.
